a complaint for non-working of our tv connection was registered with your Thriuvalla office today morning - subscriber ID DB90338721 and telephoned to your Triruvalla office and Kaviyoor office several times but sorry to say that nobody attended or a call was made by them informing the position till now. you will kindly appreciate the position of non-watching of the television whole the day particularly in the night. is this the performance we have no other alternative but to think for DTH.
