Very bad service especially by Thiruvalla lady staff by the name of Ms. Leela, cutting calls made to the landline when enquiring for assistance regarding a domestic courier document. Document that should have reached by a single day has not reached by third day even. Even a small glitch maybe forgiven but service is ridiculous and pathetic.
