Unfriendly and arrogant reception staff. They get zero marks for their communication skills and people skills. You can get a better hotel experience from private hotels for similar rates . Although the rooms were moderately fine, poorly trained and managed staff made it the worst experience. YMCA should appoint some one with hands-on experience in giving information to visitors and answering their questions politely and decently so that the guest is not offended.
