Not at all customer friendly . We have to pay 2 lakhs and AC available for just 4 hours , no fans inside auditorium so it take more than half hour to cool even after switching on AC...Surprisingly cooking gas is not provided in kitchen even after we pay this much money.... Parking space is the only good thing we can say about this auditorium..after all this we have to suffer arrogance from the management..
