Ok i am really disappointed by their deteriorating service. My sisters experience: Trip - Trivandrum to Chennai, Date 12/06/2017. Bus left the dropping point without giving back luggage. NO ONE was reachable while contacted on phone. None of the phone numbers worked. Had to spend Rs 700 to go to Koyembedu and retrieve the luggage (The actual bus ticket cost from TRV-Chennai was around 1000) and not even an apology. They actually lied and blamed her that she said there was no luggage while disembarking. Really pathetic guys. Last trip using this service... Redbus was not very good help either. This service is not at all advisable for solo travelling females.

To me, it was an air-conditioned shelter from the hot Trivandrum sun; a small room with toilets attached. Bonus: helpful staff!
