Hello Sir, Today I had a bad experience from your company. Today, I purchased a Honda Unicorn bike sparepart from your sales counter at Trivandrum Statue for Rs.460/. After purchasing only I realized that I wrongly purchased the product and requested for a replacement. but your staff member adamantly mentioned that goods once sold cannot be taken back and I have to purchase the correct product by paying again. I requested them to adjust the amount with the amount I paid earlier, but they refused stating that it is the management policy. I would like to know if this is your management policy. Expecting your reply at the earliest.
