Situated right at t he heart of Trivandrum city this is a old Institution devoted to Art and painting. The college conducts degree courses in Fine arts, Painting, Sclpturing etc. This is very close to the kerala Legislative complex on the opposite side of the University Stadium and next to the famous Public Library in Trivandrum The building is of Victorian style. Quite often, exhibitions by famous artists and sculptors and the students of the college are held here.
