100% Profit-Centric Business with 0% Customer Service. Best to avoid this shop at all cost. I made a purchase of over Rs. 3000. This included a toy train which I realized was not to my satisfaction. As per 7 day Return policy behind the bill, I went to get an exchange. Surprisingly, neither the salesman nor the owner was willing to offer a solution. (It is a big story which I have cut it shot.) The refund policy is a farce. The shops price tag is pasted exactly over the original price tag on box. Moreover it is not a standard toy sold by any reputed company like Fisher Price. (See Picture) Quite a lot of sub-standard and ultra-cheap products are sold at extravagant price range. If you read the refund policy you will find that nothing can be returned or exchanged or refunded even though the very first line says you can get product exchanged for something else. A very nice ploy indeed. I have posted a detailed review of my bad experience from this shop on a blog site which will be available in google soon for everyone to read. I have also registered a consumer complaint case online using the consumer protection portal. It is something I never wanted to do but was forced to because of my telephonic conversation with the owner and salesman. Please dont get robbed of your money from this shop. Save yourself the trouble and buy online. At least you will have the guarantee of getting your product returned or money refunded. Please share this review on all social media sites to promote customer awareness and unethical behavior of this shop. The shop is rightly named Giggles. The owners sell cheap stuff to you and Giggle amongst themselves after you have paid a hefty amount. I am hopeful the consumer forum will look into my complain and levy a hefty penalty with all the proof I submitted.

very good selection for toys and dresses. customer friendly staffs. enjoyed shopping at giggles kowdiar. my daughter liked the barbie doll from giggles and she is a big fan of giggles now..will visit soon again

All in one place for babies and new mothers. Little in the pricey side but availability of everything under one roof is a convenience.

This place is nice, one stop for your kids shopping. Toys, books, shoes and dress.... They do lack bit on kids footwear at same time good dress collection. Definitely would recommend to other, considering lack of good kids shop in tvm.

I have been to this shop and even read the reviews here in google. My personal finding is that company made products that are displayed are sold at MRP. But many other products such as ready made dresses have been priced too high by the shop itself. I have seen such products being sold at much cheaper cost. Big shop but overrated & unjustifiably priced.
