No service from reception staff. Hotel was not good as well as wash room was little stinging.. Only good thing is morning break fast was very good and the kitchen staff and the manager treated well..

No1 worst hotel all over the world.....no facilites provided....no ac.... No generator.....no tv........no phn connection.....it would be better to stay on the road.........waste food....no salt.....no taste......disgusting ......even dogs can not eat....bloody

The worst experience that I have ever faced. They has no value to any guests. Restaurant food sucks and is very expensive. And please maintain pin drop silence in the room because the owner has a sound allergic issue.

This is the worst place to stay in kovalam... it had been a horrific experience... the staff is arrogant and had the worst experience of my vacation.. please do not choose this resort

Very far away from beach. Extremely unprofessional service. Very difficult to reach rooms without lift.

Stayed with my family for two days. Booking was done by My Happy Journey otherwise I would have not stayed there. Rooms were stinking. Staff is not responsive. Not worth for money. Quality of food is atrocious.
