Nabin shaPathetic quality of employees. On an inquiry of my report the receptionist transferred my call without letting me know. As I was unaware of the new person on the other end I acknowledged without introduction. On realization it was a new person I clarified what happened. They out-broke on me saying not to teach the institution how to handle customers and used explicit language in the process

Shekar NairI went today (Sunday) for getting a Digital X-Ray. I was asked to wait in the lounge and wait for 20 minutes to get the report. I waited for more than 45 minutes and my name was not called for collecting the report. Then, a nurse who helped me in the X-ray room happened to pass by and saw me sitting there in the lounge. She asked the lady at the Report Section why my report was not given. The lady at the Report counter was not aware that the report had come. Her only job is to give call out the name and give the report to the patient. Moreover it was a Sunday and not many people were there. She checked and the report was indeed there. It was a clear case of negligence. I didnt expect the scan center to keep such irresponsible employees who cant do their job properly. I call the complaint number posted on the walls but no one attended the call. Pathetic service.
