One of the approved medical testing centre as per GMACA. No proper appointment procedure. Medical tests are performed without specific knowledge as required for countries. One common test for GCC. Informed to be open at 9.30 AM but personnel came only after 9.30 and document collection was done randomly. Must have a proper system to manage the crowd. Need to be more professional. There were no hand wash/sanitizer available after sample collection. Need to educate about the vaccinations and test procedures that a person shall go through. Needs improvement to reach the level which they claim currently as world class. Staff needs to be more courteous and professional. Should remind that a formal complaint may lead to disqualification of agency licence.
