    last day i have purchased tata tigor from trivandrum motors. I like to share my bad experience with them.I have never seen such a worse car dealer in this sector.customer relation and their service is very poor.Iam very proud of TATA and I have been using tata vehicle since 12years.We the indians must buy indian product and uplift them. tata tigor is agood vehicle.But the officials in trivandrum motors cheated me offering corporate bonus.Mr.Anil of sales call customer using the word cheap.Mr.promod manager is good for nothig.MD of this company may please take initial interest to make it good othrwise customers will not come to ur company.Please pay indian rupee to them instead of giving water and grass.I APPRECIATE MR.SUREH OF SALES TEAM WITH GIVING 4STARS.

    Only authorised sales cum service of Tata in Trivandrum. Had very bad experiences with the inexperienced service team. Very congested and small service centre. It is high time that they learn from their mistakes and jump up so that they can survive. 2 stars ate for people/M.D their who are always ready to help and enquires our problems.

    We have purchased a Tata Nano from there. Really nice experience. The sales team (Abhilash and Asha) and Test Drive (Abhilash). Sales Abhilash is very much support us even after the delivery for clarifying doubts as well as for registration. Anyway the company is not good in a certain factor: we have to take temp-registration and do the registration from Kazhakkoottam. The registration charges were taken from us, but their agents at Kazhakkoottam were not accepting that to consider. So it was like we directly taking registration from Kazhakkoottam. We have paid additional 5100 there. if it was included in the original bill, at least I could have avoided that discussion. Also I guess I have lost around 1500 in the bill that I have paid. However more than money, the good customer experience lost at that point. May be this is true for all sales agencies. Again at conclusion, i am not forgetting to mention the good purchase experience.
