CHICHU KHADERI have bought a maestro edge on 01/07/2017. Poor customer interaction. The sales manager is a good person. All other staff except the salesmanager, front offie girls and one service center boy named Vijesh does not have good communication skills for costumer satisfaction. The delivery experience was horrible!!! First of all they handed over the key to me at the footpath in front of the showroom! The most important drawback is, Cheran Hero is not having a checklist while delivering the two wheelers(So that the costumer can check the vehicle at the dealers presence and tell about defects, if any). There was rust in the brand new two wheeler given to me. When I showed them to one of the service boys(who handed over the key to me ) he told that all new bikes have rust from the company itself(the demo peices inside the showroom were not having rust though :) ). Anyway they have changed the silencer of my two wheeler and the foot rest was painted. Least Reccomended!!
