This review is regarding the "Krishnan Nair & Sons Watch Service Center". My experience at this shop was not great. I went to repair a latest model wall clock but the clock repair technician refused to service it. The lady at the reception/front desk said that they dont take clocks. They only repair watches. I was surprised because the same shop sells clocks and watches. So I was wondering if someone purchased a clock from them and it turned out defective, will they ask the customer to go elsewhere ? It is really sad that a shop that gain such a name over the years has lost its credibility and service. I wouldnt go there again and I wont recommend anyone either. I hope they lose their business.
