I stayed at PadmaKarma for 2 weeks yoga holiday and this was really fantastic. The yoga was exactly what I was looking for; a combination of breathing, power full yoga and poses. I really felt recovered both mentally as physically after this holiday. Since the yoga teacher training was also ongoing I had a morning class with only a few students so with a lot of personal attention and adjustments. The afternoon class was together with the yoga teacher students which I experienced as yoga energy. This combination of morning and afternoon class made it really special for me. Padma and Sadu are so helpful and Kovalam is such a nice place, quite touristic, but many places with good food, massages, beach.
