Took my vacuum cleaner for repair. They took 1 month to repair. Its working ok now. They dont accept credit card.

Handed over a Sansui LED TV for repair (not working). After a lot of phone calls and personal follow up for more than one month, they returned the TV in the same non-working condition without repairing and charged for service for opening and transportation of the TV. Bad service. No follow up action. No response. No clarity for non-repairing.

Very bad service..not delivering the product in time.. receptionist behaves very arrogant. She has some serious problem. Not at all recommended.
