We have booked a family trip to Kerala with this travels and the experience was worst. we have been told that the driver will be our guide and he will explain every location history but our driver was very bad and no customer service and he is using the mobile phone while driving all along the trip and even on the Munnar hills driver is using the mobile and keeping the guest safety at risk and rash driving , he had never spoken a single word or no communication with the Guests the tour experience was very very bad and not worth for the money we spent very poor Sahapathika please improve your services before offering the packages
