Excellent 90 min open class at 6:15pm (Rs. 300 /-) including pranayama, surya namaskar and further asanas. The teacher assisted students with headstands as needed. Practicing in the Indian heat amidst the sounds of heavy traffic was an enriching experience and helped develop a sense of inner calmness. Highly recommended for tourists like myself spending some time in the city.
