Very bad service. Whatever complaints I said to them, they are claiming that the particular problem is not a complaint and it the nature of all the Royal Enfield Bullet. Eg: There is shaking noise from the tank on my Thunderbird. When I said this to the technician, he said that the noise is there with all the thunderbird bullet. Indirectly he is claiming that the noise is a feature from Royal Enfield. There is a lot more.
