Downright pathetic when in comes to the facilities and treatment options at the centre. Except for a few good ones most doctors are totally incompetent. Only option in Trivandrum. But try to avoid as much as possible for the good of your pet.

Doctors have a friendly approach but other staffs are not so good with attitude. Services are "neither good or bad". Place is mostly crowded. You may not find chairs to sit & rest.

Limited parking availability in the compound. No clear instructions as to how to proceed with the formalities. You end up asking around people for everything. No medical shops are there inside. Service is satisfactory.
