Neat and clean, it lies in the middle of a large paddy field. Tucked few kms away from the city, it is located aside the National Highway. The approach road offers scenic view of the green fields around.

Amritha KRoute is not too much crowded. Good parking facility with certain amount. Direct elevator facility is available from parking area. 6 screens of multiplex theatre is there. Many luxurious showrooms inside this mall. Food court is available.

K N ValsakumarWell maintained small Mall, little away from main town. Well maintained washrooms in all three floors. Food court spacious. All leading brands outlets present. 6 INOX screens. Overall a good place for shopping & entertainment.

Sumesh NairCompared to their counterparts in Metros, Sobha mall is relatively small. Mall is well maintained with excellent washrooms. Food court is well spread out with enough seating. Car parking is excellent with attenders to help you park your car at those tight spaces . Car parking charges are 20 rs for 2 hours .

vani soodThe mall has a nice outdoor area with a view of the artificial lake. It could, however, do with more seating spaces. I went to buy sports shoes and surprisingly the mall did not have a single branded sports store. The existing shoe shops did not stock good sports shoes either.

Shehin A UParking is mostly full.. there is a double layer parking system. We need to give the keys to the parking staff, if we park second. But they handle the vehicle with least care.. Multiplex is nice.. and u have a good collection of branded clothing outlets
