Sumesh NairI got my Hyundai Grand i10 from Pinnacle 3 weeks back. Sales associate from Pinnacle was in touch with me and helped me through buying and delivery process . I felt that the staff at Pinnacle were very courteous and helpful . Showroom is pretty large housed at a beautiful location nearby Sobha mall.

Jos ThomasI had a bitter experience with the dealer above. I feel it right to take quotation from different car dealers before shortlisting a car. I took quotation from six different car dealers. None of the car dealers took advance money except the dealer above. Also they want to make an agreement to exchange my car. Give the RC book, Insurance documents ext...I am a senior citizen and also an Ex service person. The staff of the dealer should not fix me and force me to by their car it is not fair. I must willingly like their car. My children are not with me to help and make the deal. I honestly feel that I nearly trapped to to bye that car. The did not offer any seasonal( 20 years) benefits to me even though I was in that period. My old car no claim bonus was not passed on to the new car. The quotation was for the model with air bags and the Lady explained the that is why the cost is comparatively more. When the car delivered there was only one air bag and the lady and her staff were perching for the second passenger side air bag. she could not find. They made me to take the car with out the passenger side air bag. Now my dream of taking a car of my choice ended. But this strategy is not going to work for them. This fact I tolled them direct. Even though the car is main I feel I am a victim of negative sales. Thank you.
