I am sorry if I am being rude, but I am deeply disappointed with the way, their agents deal with their customers. I had this bitter experience today (26th Aug 216) with an egoist and arrogant employee of theirs. This is my first experience with this firm and this is what happened. An agent called me in and was telling me about an interview in a company from where I had resigned 6 months before. I told her, I am an ex-employee of that company and she should go through my resume that I had forwarded to her, before she suggests me any interviews. Now, I had not made any provocations, and she simply hung up the call in my face. I thought the call was dropped and I redialed the number, and after exchanging hellos, when I said, I am so and so person, she simply hung the phone again. And I could clearly understand that was done on purpose. The company simply boasts on their website that they are the fastest growing Consulting organisation in Kerala, and I doubt they will soon regret, if this is how their employees are working. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE... wish I could give 0/5 rating.
