I had a bad experience with buying "Remote Fan Regulator & Light Switch for Home". It is a worst product. Switches for light is working but fan regulator is not working properly. Poor quality it has. For the fan regulator current output at top speed is not same as expected. That means you will see the regulator is indicating the fan is in full speed but in reality fan will spinning slowly. I have tested this for several times. Those issues came into my knowledge after some day of installation. I have called the technician and tested with the proper guidance. The product support is horrible. After installing the regulator was not working properly. They have asked me to send that by the courier service. They had just fixed the push button (hardware) issue. The regulation issue what I have described in above was not yet solved. Again they have asked me to send the regulator to them. Alas they have replaced and sent me a new one with the same issue. They are making customer fool by commitment to resolve the issue, they are thinking the customer does not have the knowledge of basic technical testing. It means if you will buy the product and after installation after every one or two month of time you have to uninstall the regulator and send them to that by spending your money. It is not possible for me to this again and again. Now the customer support is not taking my call also. This product have one more major issue: other remotes (remotes available in your home for TV, Set-Top Box, and Blue Ray Player etc.) can send the signal to this devices. That means one or more button of other remotes can make your light or fan to get switched to off and on mode or fan regulation can be increased and decreased. Suppose you are watching TV and pressed channel down button fan will go off or light gets on. I am fed up with their product service. Please go for a product of a renowned company like havells. Those are may be costly but has a good quality built. Please don’t buy it. Do not waste your money.
