Many More incidents in 6 Months, for more that continues 10 days they did not solve the problems, Not even ask you to wait, I am Asking for extension what I have not get cause of fiberoptic cuts and Faulty switch, asking to continue this frustration for more moths then they will offer me the same other wise Not, So Please be aware from such Internet Providers. Best Way go with Big brand, Even they are having Lease line from HATHWAY, they are not the real provider. So guys Please Be Awar.

Nikhil SarodeExtremely pathetic service. Downtime can last for several days and ISP is not bothered to do anything to restore the service. No one at their office shows any accountability and customer service is completely clueless and often misleading with their vague and baseless responses. Would not recommend anyone to use this service at all. Unrealibale to the core.
