Kaushik SinhaFriendly staffs and owner, they are always ready to help you. They are comparatively new showroom so some facilities may be absent but service is good.

KUNAL VARDHANLast Saturday I have given my bike for schedule service of my Bike Yamaha FZ-s . Maintenance/servicing in Bike : • Rear Break • Self-start • Oil leak from front shocker • Change of front light Problem faced at s Vestra Automotive LLP service center : • They told that they will contact me with the details expenditure before starting the service. But they did not call. • Secondly, none of the above problem was resolved. Only did normal servicing and changed oil cap for shocker. And billed me INR. 3000 without resolving the above issue. • Third, when I insisted to repair my bike than they said that there is a problem in my Crank Shaft and estimate is around INR. 8000. • Forth , they changed my front light but also did something with my display light and it stopped working due to loose wiring. I informed them same day about this problem on call & as par them when I visited the workshop they said that it is not their fault. May be in one day it may have gone out of order and it is not there responsibility. And will have to pay again if I want them to fix it. Hence, I decided to take a second opinion and visited Biker Point, They just changed the Clutch Cable and break shoe and all my problem got resolved. Plus, I had to pay only 300Rs. My concern are : • Over/too expensive • Worst/rather no service • Fraud by faking the problem description of the bike • Rude behavior of staff.

BALAJI FUGATEI just visited this Yamaha showroom for my friends Yamaha bike. This is very good showroom. All workers is very helpful in showroom.very moderate rate for all services.
