Worst Delivery services. They do not even call for pick up and when I called to ask regarding the pick up they acted as if it was not their mistake, scheduled the pick up again and still the I did not receive any call for the pick up !!! Even the Customer care does not answer phone calls quickly. And it becomes all the more difficult to solve your queries when the help desk calls are paid so your balance goes on decreasing while ALL customer care people are busy. I cannot believe MAX has partnered with such a ridiculous delivery service who are only increasing the work of the customers. Never gonna shop on MAX henceforth.
