Suresh BeheraI am not satisfied with the service provided by Gagan Honda. They are even replacing oil/parts without informing, even after asked to call before replacing the parts. Also service quality is poor.After one week of service, I faced same issue which I faced before service.I am going there because I paid service charge for one year.

VIJAY SINGH ChauhanHi Team, I have purchased Activa 4g from "Gagan Honda Wagholi" . I Highly unsatisfied with their services. Please find below points. 1. After purchase they dont give me any payment reciept just provide only bank transfer reciept. 2. When i ask to Sles executive (Dashrath) about TC sticker he told me we dont have that, if u have hurry please purchase black marker and note number. 3. I asked when i will get Tax reciept, Service book he told me after 7 days you will get this. after 10 days when i take follow up for this thing he told me come after 15 days. and when i visit showroom they ignore my quries. 4. On 22nd July i serviced my scooty, after that on 23rd July it suddenly stopped and start after very difficulty. Their is joke sound from silencer. Please look in to this matter.

tapash mandalEarlier I was angry because of the time taken for the service.. But not any more :) .. One thing I have noticed they had good hospitality towards their customers .. Also the paid service of my cbr 150 was awesome.. the bike is smooth which I did not notice even then when I purchased last year.. Happy with Gagan honda service..

Sachin PatilToday after my first servicing of activa i have noticed that smoothness of bike is adversely affected. When I try to ride the activa at constant 40 km/ hr activa is making different sound. Not happy this time...Looking for better experience.
