This show room have no business responsibility at all.I given my AT trolley for repair which was under warranty, after 15 days they called me and told me that it is not covered under warranty and i need to pay 500 rs for that......i took my trolley given it to another American Tourister Showroom and they repaired it for free, as it was under warranty period. Very Unprofessional and tried to charge me for services provided under warranty.
