I am fitness enthusiast and I regularly go to Gym. Last year while doing pull ups I injured my shoulder. Was diagnosed with shoulder muscle tear, took Physiotherapy but pain used to be there on and off. From last month I am taking physiotherapy treatment from Dr. Manoj and pain has never troubled me.
