    They were able to rent out my apartment within couple of months after I signed up with them. Very professional and courteous staff! For the most part I dealt with Ms Arjumand Khan for any questions/documentation who was always very prompt in replying to all my questions. I also interacted with Ms Mrunalini Nagaveykar and Mr. Arvind Tiwari who too, were very helpful.

    Very Unprofessional, Once get the money they do not even pick your call or respond to your mails. Worst Property Management firm i have come across. I have even raised a Consumer complaint against them for not releasing my deposit. Name of the Persons i have been in touch are as below, who really do not bother to respond.
