No Phone no given to contact bus driver. Bus left 7 minutes before official departure time without a single phone call. The driver and attendant argued when I caught up with the next stop that I was late and should have reached 15 mins earlier. They talked in a rude manner and did not behave themselves. They did not accept their mistake. Super bad experience from Purple! Will never use again!

Landed at Pune airport. I had booked the ticket online through make my trip but nobody picked up the phone to give directions on pick up point. From 7 am to 9:30 am went mad..... On the verge of crying..... Not even a single number mentioned on the ticket was working. An auto guy knew the pick up point and dropped me at Wakkhad Bridge. I reached by 9.25 am still no sign of any body or any bus. Tea stall guy says they are not fixed by time. Still sitting there...... I need to reach Panchgani to pick my daughter. Feeling lost
