Departments are not in sync, that is a sign of disintegrated organisation. C. Have to be consumer centric, a happy customer will get more customers , but unhappy employees will bring a wrong image of the organisation.D. Be consistent in your offerings, discourage CASH payments and dont avoid taxes to GOVT. You are advising people to be disciplined and clean , you have to practice the same.
