One of the better hotels of Kolhapur. Very famous but slightly overpriced. Rooms are nice and large with good clean hygienic bathrooms. Good boutique hotel for business travelers.

Poor service. In restaurant and in room. Rooms stinking, AC not working properly, and the desk has no clue about how to correct this. Over 2 days stay, i noticed that the staff in hotel tried their best to offer service, after some follow-up. Hope the management sets up systems and processes to set right. And visit hotel frequently to check and interact with customers.

Nice hotel to stay in kolhapur... Breakfast is ok ok... Room is big enough to stay... In Bathroom dirty smell... Overall good hotel... Very good restaurants near to hotel for dinner...

We had a pleasant stay at the K TREE. Facilities are good. Food offered is a mix of various cuisine and local flavour.The people are very friendly and helpful. In general the place is conveniently located from the Highway as well as the Railway station and Bus stand.
