Very bad. Dirty bedsheets and blankets. When asked to changed they denied. Even pillow covers were dirty and torn. When we reached there immediately they wanted money and provided horrible service during stay. No hot water. No proper equipments in washroom. Even TV not working in room, no response from staff wen complained No value for money at all

Stayed here for a weekend, its an amazing hotel which is friendly for your pocket. Cleanliness is maintained and staff is polite. The rooms are amazing and huge as compared to other hotels in lonavala.

Mittal Residency has a vintage vibe. The suite was spacious and clean. However, we missed having a safe and bathtub in the suite. Complimentary breakfast was also missing. The elevator malfunctions quite a bit and locked us in at one point!

We booked online and reached the hotel directly. The staff was very friendly and assisted us well. We were provided with everything as requested. Neat and clean rooms. For the price as compared to other hotels in Lonavala, this was totally worth it...

The rooms are strictly ok when you see the cost. Bedsheets were dirty...complained thrice before the staff changed it. It is centrally located which is a good thing.
