Advai TThe list of things that I want all of the medical students who are looking to become future doctors and that too by taking admission in KIMS Satara is the out patients and inpatients numbers. Also do some work to go and see how many fully equipped major operation theaters exists. Are there any minor operation theatres also, if are there, then how many. How is the condition of the Labour Rooms. Is the hospital equipped with a proper Pharmacy stores? What about the laboratories of the central hospital namely Pathology, Microbiology and Biochemistry? How well is the hospital equipped to handle the blood to be administered to the patients in times of emergency? Is the Blood Bank is completely with the necessary components? Hope the medical records are properly computerized and with a backup. Care to be taken to observe that there is a good counseling at the disposal like Clinical Psychologist, Child Psychologist as well as a Speech Therapist available to handle the children treatment with care. Thats it.
