The place is strategically located very close to Bushi dam giving it a quick access to Tiger Point and the Dam area as well. The ambience and the look of the place is beyond expectations. The area houses 3 sky villas and 4 pool villas and a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are pretty big enough to accommodate 3-4 people and there is an attic over there also. The place is beautifully lit up in the night. One area where they can improve upon is the food part. The in -room service is quick but I still feel they can improve on the food options.

Me and my wife on our way back form club Mahindra lonavala decided on staying at this place for a day. Very good first impression helpful and friendly staff. Very different looking resort, have made most of the space they have. Stayed in a room called "swan". Beautiful view attic is a very nice touch but gets hot in the summers and the small exhaust fan is of no help Very tasty food. Now the biggest problems with this place disgusting bathroom layer of dirt in the corners. I think the people living here before me had a nice time could see some remains of balloons and dried up beer stains. You can get a better room for this price(5k). The place can do better. Not recommended only because of the substandard bathrooms and unclean rooms.

I stayed their for 3 nights and it was a awesome stay for me. They have totall 8 villas, 4 sky villa and 4 pool villa, but i have choosed sky villa as the view from their early in the morning was fabulous. Location was too good, for a newly married couple its an awesome place to go as its a quite place. Service quite slow, but food is nice. Overall we loved it to stay at sky villa.

Great location, good and spacious room. Pool is too small and hence looks cramped. Very close to Pawna lake.
