CS Deepak ShenoyLonavla in Mumbai Sanghvi S3 Ecocity is a very pleasant place to live and as the name indicates its developed and maintained keeping in mind the Ecology as well as Economy (of buyers). Nice view of national park on east side and highway / city view on other side. Very good quality of constructions. Yes, roads are little congested, however, work is in progress (as it seems). Municipal tank being built nearby, mostly even municipal water will be available shortly. Nice temple within the compound. S3 Club house is recently inaugurated and looks great with amenities like theatre, swimming pool, indoor games, library, guest rooms and auditorium. Highly recommend this to everyone. :)

Amber SukhiI have just booked but have concerns on the BMC water and gas pipe which the builder is assuring will get sorted out in 1/2 years . Otherwise the view of National park is good and fresh. Also with the ban on the liquor along the highway the area will get cleaned up and the standard around the area will increase.
