Zenosh PatelIn 2014 end I was diagonized with L5 S1 disc degeneration and was in a lot of pain and in depression since I could not do any of my outdoor activities which I was passionate about like trekking, motorcycling in HImalayas and Rock climbing (I had to leave my job to just try and relax and find out what to do next). After a year of going to various doctors / physios my friend recommended me to go to Dr Kishore Punjabi. Rest is history - Not only did my back feel better but he has been my mentor and guide in all aspects of life. I also had a knee problem in early 2016 which is also a lot better now - almost gone. And to add to it I have also started running 15 mins daily now which has given a great boost to my stamina while trekking. Now I regularly go to Gym, Swim, running and trekking once a month and I am doing great.
