Stayed here for around 3 months. Lifts are well maintained and parking is abundant. Basketball court near the park is a great pastime. Shops can be accessed from the back door and wonderful chat and panipuri stall is near the front entrance. Almost all restaurant delivers here and magnificent view of Bridge in the evening is soothing.

Best place to live in, I am staying here since beginning. One must visit Suncity to enjoy the COOL BREEZE coming from Powai lake.

Good, peaceful society to live in. Rents are high as it is in Powai/JVLR. Pros: Location, close to highway, connectivity good, 2 km from Kanjurmag station, lot of food options available. Cons: average construction, no clubhouse, not good for bachelors, majority of families who hate bachelors staying in society.
