Balan NairI had a great experience at Thapovan @ Powai, went there with a Knee pain came out completely relived ... The therapists (especially Sanil) are Knowledgeable and prescribe apt treatment with right advice... The positive outcome was after multiple not so good experiences at other similar facilities.. The premise is very clean and Hygienic... would recommend as a first choice any for Kerala Ayurveda treatments...

Aditya UpadhyayI have been running long distance for close to 2 years and every time I complete a run, Thapovan is the place for post run pain relief. I have been to other ayurveda centers as well, but if you are looking for absolute pain relief(back pain,neck pain or knee pain etc), this is the place. I would recommend their marma therapy any day. Nice job Thapovan.

Deepa RamI was very fortunate to have an excellent team of professional for my first experience of Panchakarma. I wanted to improve my overall health and reduce complications from my ailments. What I received was much more than I expected. I lost 5 kgs, all my swelling in the legs were gone and I found my clinic and doctor for life! Saanil was very supportive whether it can to getting the meds or the payment "during demonetization". Girija is a master at her art. She genuinely cares for you and takes great pride in her knowledge and work. I am really grateful to her. I enjoyed the marma massage and podikizhi. She reconfirmed my acceptance of Ayurveda and its healing abilities with Basti. Being from Canada where its mostly cold, I was worried about stiffness in the knees due to the cold. I got a lot more overall health improvement and weight loss. Udwartan is not my cup of tea :). I found a friend, mentor and a doctor for life in Deepti. She genuinely cares for her patients and stayed on top with all my treatment. She patiently answered all my eager questions. I strongly recommend everyone to truly experience Ayurveda in this most wonderful and authentic environment.

Vikas SachanI had lower back pain almost from six months and I came to know about Thapovan while searching online. Accordingly I was advised relevant therapy by adviser @ Thapovan when I visited it. I continued therapy and ayurvedic medicines advised for one and half month regularly . Since I do not live in Mumbai so I was little irregular in visiting Thapovan later on. But I have got very good recovery in my back pain .Earlier it was almost permanent but now I have made little adjustments to routine lifestyle and some in my food choices. The relief i have got by relevant therapy is :). Thanks Thapovan
