Tried it today for the first time and very disappointed. Order delayed due to unavailability of delivery executives! Then why would you take up the order? Still waiting for the delivery executive to be assigned. Really sad. Scootsy so much better than this.

Very Bad!!! Failed in proper management of orders, never ever order from swiggy! Incident : I had ordered for a salad from the swiggy app, they confirmed the order once I placed it later on no message no information till 2 hours. I was calling every concerned person but all they had to say is delivery boy ka issue hai, and then after 2 hours they give me a call saying we are cancelling your order and you can place it again. I have ni words to tell how fried I was. Good going swiggy! Applause.
