2nd time getting a call half n hour before my appointment to cancel the same. Had to schedule the whole day for an appointment and now suddenly they call saying the barber is not available. Not bothered to give an alternative for a senior stylist too. Worst management ever. Will not recommend and will never come again !!!! No work Ethics and no work commitment !!! Please refrain from going to this branch or rather going to truefitt and hill.
