1. Ghatiya service at Borivali, Gorai 2. Local oprator dont know anything. 3. Whenwver we complaint about issue he says....." mai subah se kaam kar rahaa hu issue pe, abhi nashta pani bhi nahi kiyaa. Aap akele cusomer nahi ho.... 4 They do there maintance on weekend when we are about to watch some impotant matches and movies. 5 No proper resolution. 6 No proper reception....frame hang issues. 7 Suddenly increes in 50 rupees due to GST, which is bull*hit. Done such a bad mistake by buying this subcribtion of You scod....( ugly name as ugly service. Dont even want to give a 1 star.....but its mandetory

very bad service. No one is bothered about customers complaints. Given this single star just to post the review otherwise big zero for this kinda (so called) services.

Such a pathetic service.. i stay in dahisar area ......call center is unresponsive most of the time.....its hardly available.the local cable operator too dosent respond to the complain....it dosent even deserve one star.lot of channels dont even catch signal. Will disconnect n shift to 0ther service provider as soon as possible. Cannot be more worse than this.

Hopeless network and arrogant staff. I was informed that some local service provider from Bhandup would be attending my issue in 10 minutes. After 48 hours he is still awaited to call me. One star was mandate for view the post elsewise I would have given negative marking.
