Sachin Mendon**** Beware Horrible Internet service and cheat company **** If want to give money for pathetic and bad Internet service this is the place. They have the guts to ask full money when half the month they have provided no internet. Yes 20 days without Internet!!! Every month there was issue of breakdown and no Internet for at least 2-3days. Like others people have complained here, they r mostly unreachable on phone and you have to personally visit their office to make a complaint to fix the issue. N they never fix issue on the same day. They will take their time and when they feel like it they will come and repair like they are the ones paying us for Internet. Im glad that im not using their service any more and getting a better service and problem free connection from another provider. (Who also regularly asks for the feedback as well.) Being a resident of Borivali and a responsible citizen i just wanted to make aware of this pathetic company, so no other person has to go through it. Please feel free to contact for any queries.

neres noronhaDuring the rains the service has been pathetic. Connection seems to be On only during the day time . Once they close for the day and they are not reachable by phone there is no Internet connectivity. One has to visit the office in the mornings to ensure your reconnected as one cannot reach them via the land lines (not reachable). Wonder if there are any other Internet providers in I. C. Colony
