They deserve zero 0 stars. Horrible people. Pathetic customer service. They just know how to take subscription money on time. When there is a problem, they say technician is on his way, but he never arrives. Please try to avoid their services.

pathetic service , exorbitant price , lazy & chalta hai attitude customer service. Wrote many emails to the owner Hrishi Golatkar / Mrujesh who runs the network but in vain. NO RESPONSE. This shows they dont care about customer service. This clearly shows this is pure monopoly. I would urge others to refrain from using their service. As I m already planning to go for a new broadband service. And sadly no hathway yet in this area. Let me know of any good service provider in this area
