This is the absolute worst internet service provider I have come across. With some of the most unprofessional staff. The internet speed randomly slows down. Sometimes the server just stops working. Sometimes there is an unscheduled maintenance. I have upgraded the plan multiple times yet the speed is suspiciously the same. You cannot trust their services if you have important work that needs the web Since the last 2 days the internet stops working at 9pm in the night and when you call the customer service reps , the line is kept busy or "unavailable". In the morning sharp at 10am, they pick up the complaint call and tells us to restart he router and magically the internet starts working.
