Good cooperation of staff and customers. But staff still needs training, keeping customer waiting for hours without any answer is not a good thing.

The Experience has been superb especially Mr. Bhavesh, service engineer who takes special care to ensure that the jobs are completed with perfection and in time. The only issue that I always felt when Renault is selling so many cars each month, why the number of service centers have been restricted to only few and also they should keep such centers open on Sundays at lest. I do not have any idea whether, Renault have any service center with denting and painting facility near Malad (West) to Kandivali (West) zone to cater to their clients in the western suburbs.
