The booking staff does not have the etiquette to talk with clients , I had done a corporate booking the experience was horrible , the car was booked for the whole day but the driver dropped my client and left without informing , also asked my client for tip , when we reported this incident instead of taking any action the were defensive and did not pay heed to the problem . Worst service provider and also the booking staff is rude . Do not opt for this vendor
