Pathetic customer service, most of the time when we call to book an appointment the employees hang up the call. I have experienced this several times due to which I have started getting my bike service done by local vendors. We would love to get our service done by experts of your workshop but if this continues, we will make sure that we only get free service done from you people and and paid service from outside people.
